RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from the London Royal online store only. 

This policy forms part of the London Royal Terms & Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

 

1. Want to exchange?

Fashion and footwear products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. 

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. 

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

2. Products not eligible for returns

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:

  • Products that are worn, altered and damaged. No option of a return if goods have been specifically made, ordered or altered.
  • If the original labels and stickers are not still attached; 
  • it is not in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). 

3. Making a Return with Mail or Courier

Please return the item(s) using the original shipping box and packing materials. Please include each item(s) in its original packing, together with a copy of your invoice, the hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets as well as the completed return form, specifying the return item and the return reason. Please email info@londonroyal.co.za or shop@londonroyal.co.za to notify us. Please notify us as to why you are returning or exchanging the item(s), we are keen to have you satisfied with your purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure returned orders reach us so we advise you use special delivery and obtain a proof of return.

You shall receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the returns process.If you have questions about the returns/exchange process, please contact us.

4. Charges

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse London Royal for the cost of having the product returned to you.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse London Royal for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you. 

 

IN-STORE POLICY

1. Lay-Away Policy
London Royal will hold item(s) on lay-away for a maximum period of 30 days
(London Royal may at its discretion, allow a longer period of time).
During this 30 day period, lay-away item(s) will not be offered for sale to the general
public.
DepositDeposit must be received by London Royal the day of order or item(s) will
again be offered for sale to the general public.
Accepted forms of payment for Lay-away are Cash or Credit card / Debit card or EFT
Payment 1 – Minimum 50% Deposit paid upfront when receiving invoice
Payment 2 – is due not more than 30 days from initial order date.
Any Lay-away not paid in full by the 30 days from initial order date will be put back
for sale to the general public, unless special arrangements have been made with
London Royal store management.
1.2
If the goods are not fully paid for on or before the maximum 30 day lay-away period
displayed from the date of invoice, the lay-away goods will be returned back to stock
and any deposit(s) paid previously will be returned as store credit after a 25%
handling and restocking fee is charged and will be limited within 90 days from day of
original invoice

1.3
A 25% restocking and handling fee will be charged to any deposit or return and the
remaining balance will be returned as store credit.
2. Alteration & Return Policy
All sales are final unless – No refunds will be given to any altered goods – A 25%
restocking and handling fee will be charged to any deposit or refund if allowed (2.1)
and the remaining balance will be returned as store credit.

After 5 days you can return it for store credit (1.3). All products must be returned
within 5 days of when they were purchased to qualify for store credit or an exchange.
The purchaser must present the original till slip/invoice and credit card receipt where
applicable.
Store credit or exchange available only on products that are unworn, unaltered and
undamaged. No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been specifically made,
ordered or altered.
